Sponsorship and Advertising Opportunities

$10,000 – Festival Presenting Sponsor

Supports: This is our signature sponsorship opportunity and provides overall support to Festival overhead, marketing, volunteer uniforms, and site set-up costs.
Recognition: The sponsor is named on festival posters, on-stage mention, Festival t-shirts for volunteers, festival publications, website and a banner can be placed at the main gates.

$7,500 - Main Stage Sponsor

Supports: The costs associated with the presentation of our three mainstage artist/companies.
Recognition: The sponsor is named on festival posters, website, festival publications as well space for a banner is provided outside the theatre.

$5,000 – Village Square Stage Sponsorship

Supports: The costs associated with the presentation of our outdoor stage performances.
Recognition: The sponsor is named on festival posters, website, festival publications as well space for a banner is provided outside the stage.

$5,000 – Imagination Day

Supports: The costs associated with our Imagination Day outreach intiatives.
Recognition: The sponsor is named on festival posters, website, festival publications as well space for a banner is provided on the Festival grounds.

$2,500 – Roving Performer Sponsor

Supports: The costs associated with our roving performers – clowns and characters.
Recognition: The sponsor is named on the website and festival publications and can place a banner at the Info Booth.

$2,500 – Storytellers Tent Stage

Supports: The costs of three Storyteller performances for our audience.
Recognition: The sponsor is named on the website and festival publications and can place a banner at the Storytellers Tent.
 

Other non-named contributions can be made to the Festival which will go towards other Festival costs and will be credited in Festival publications and website in the following categories:
Hero = $5,000 and up
Mentor = $1,000 to $5,000
Buddy = $1,000 and less

 

Brochure Advertising

Our festival brochure will be printed in the Rocky Mountain Outlook's May 13 edition as a detachable section. There will also be an additional printing so the brochure can be handed out to local schools and to festival patrons.
